On Tuesday, 6 January 2026,

the Promoting Intellectual Property Trading Association (PIPTA) was granted the high honor of an audience by     H.E. Dr. Phoeung Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts and Chairperson of the Board of the APSARA National Authority.

On this occasion, a PIPTA delegation led by Mrs. Keo Langcheng, President of the Association, together with colleagues, paid a courtesy visit and held discussions on potential cooperation at the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.

The delegation consisted of:

• H.E Atty. Chin Borin, Co-Founder and Senior Advisor

• Ms. Li Dongmei Senior Advisor

• Atty. Lim Veasna, Advisor

• Mr. Ra Yuttima Deputy General Secretary

• Mr. San Sovanara Deputy General Secretary

• Mr. Hy Piseth General Secretariat team

• Atty. Nou Ratana, Member of the Association

• Mr. Kong Phoury , Member of the Association

• Ms. Chhory Sreypov , Member of the Association

During the meeting, both parties reached a principled understanding on future cooperation, including the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the organization of cultural heritage promotion events in Siem Reap Province in the near future.
