Organizational Chart
The Organizational Chart of the Promoting Intellectual Property Trading Association (PIPTA) reflects the structured framework that ensures transparency, accountability, and efficiency in managing the association’s mission and operations.
At the top of the hierarchy is the Board of Directors, responsible for providing strategic direction, policy oversight, and governance. The Board guides PIPTA’s long-term goals to promote the growth of intellectual property trading in Cambodia and ensure alignment with national development priorities.
Under the Board’s leadership, the Executive Committee oversees the implementation of policies, coordination among departments, and supervision of day-to-day activities. This committee ensures that all strategic initiatives are effectively executed in compliance with PIPTA’s vision and objectives.
Supporting the Executive Committee are several core departments and units, each dedicated to a specific area of responsibility:
- Legal and Compliance Department – Ensures that all intellectual property trading activities comply with Cambodian laws and international standards.
- Research and Market Analysis Department – Conducts market studies, valuation assessments, and data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Membership and Training Department – Manages member engagement, professional training programs, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Public Relations and Communications Department – Handles outreach, awareness campaigns, and cooperation with both domestic and international partners.
- Administrative and Finance Department – Oversees budgeting, internal administration, and resource management to maintain organizational integrity and sustainability.
This structured organizational system enables PIPTA to function effectively as a leading institution for promoting intellectual property rights, market development, and innovation in Cambodia.
